Data Subject Request Form

You may apply to Kardeşler Turizm Taşımacılık Tekstil Telekominikasyon ve İnşaatçılık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Shilla Hotel) to exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11 and, where applicable, GDPR Art. 15–22.

1. What Your Request Should Include

• Name, surname and, for written requests, your signature,
• Turkish ID number for Turkish citizens; nationality and passport or ID number for foreign nationals,
• Address for notifications,
• E-mail address, telephone or fax number, if any,
• The subject of your request and any supporting documents.

2. How to Apply

• In writing: a signed letter to Çorlu Çerkezköy Yolu, Velimeşe İstasyon Karşısı 1. Cadde No:1, Velimeşe - Çorlu / Tekirdağ,
• By e-mail: to info@shillaotel.com from the e-mail address you previously shared with us,
• With a secure electronic or mobile signature.

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. Requests made on behalf of someone else require a notarised power of attorney.

3. Response Time

We respond as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge. If the request entails an additional cost, the fee set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may apply.

4. Complaints

If your request is rejected, the response is insufficient or you receive no response in time, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the response and in any case within 60 days of your application. If the GDPR applies to you, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
