We do not collect special categories of personal data (health, biometric, beliefs, etc.). Please do not enter such information in the form.
The WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook links on the website take you to those platforms; data you share there is governed by their own privacy terms.

- Preparing offers and conducting preliminary discussions about the services you request,
- Operating the website, securing the form and preventing abuse,

5. Transfers
Within Turkey, personal data may be disclosed only to public authorities legally entitled to request it.
International transfers: Our website is hosted by Leaseweb USA, Inc. on servers located in the United States; server logs are stored there and contact form messages are sent as e-mail through these servers. We also use Google reCAPTCHA for form security and, if you consent, Google Analytics, Google Maps and YouTube; Google may process data outside your country, including in the United States. These transfers rely on standard contractual clauses (KVKK Art. 9; GDPR Art. 46).
6. Retention
- Contact form messages (e-mail): up to 2 years after your enquiry is concluded,
- Server logs: up to 2 years,
- Cookies: the period stated for each cookie in the Cookie Policy.
7. Your Rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad, request correction, request erasure or destruction, request that these actions be notified to third parties, object to results produced solely by automated processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
If the GDPR applies to you, you additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21), the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing (Art. 7(3)), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
